1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bro Propz website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Account Creation and Use

To access certain features and services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for subscriptions will be processed through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account. It is only the payment processor.

4. Subscription Management and Refunds

You can manage your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations can be made at any time.

No Refunds will be granted on Monthly Subscriptions. For canceled yearly subscriptions, you will be only be refunded the prorated amount from the time and date that the refund is requested. There will be NO backdated refunds on Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions.

5. Discord Channel Access

Access to our exclusive Discord channels is a benefit of your subscription. Rules and guidelines of the Discord server apply. Bro Propz is not responsible for any content shared or interactions within the Discord channels

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Bro Propz website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bro Propz or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without expressed written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and the United States of America.

8. Changes to Terms

Bro Propz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
